The Gutenberg Project gives great access to many classic texts with which you may do what you please.

However, if you have downloaded one of these texts and tried to print it using your favourite word processor you would not be pleased with the outcome.  All the paragraphs are fixed in their width and you have to delete the unwanted carriage returns - and there could be hundreds
